  Customer service by ALISHA was fantastic she spent time with me discussing all my laptop needs.Very helpful and pleasant which you don't normally get in this store.

  Hmm normally I'm impressed with JB no matter where or when I go there, but today was a disappointment. Yes everyone's suffering during this pandemic, and yes the market is very different but what I don't want to hear from a salesperson is "I've had my hours cut and my pay reduced so I can't negotiate" or "I don't feel I should be here at risk as an employee". My single thought whilst talking to a rather condescending staff member was "be grateful you have a job you arrogant pr!ck". Honestly, change your attitude or stay at home. You're not a victim...you're a salesperson.

  It's a JB HiFi store, albeit a small-ish one. Good variety of items and most items are in stock. N otherwise good shopping experience let down by the grumpy security guard at the entrance. Seriously, why do shops leave the first and last parts of three customer experience in the hands of a contractor?
