They are without fail the most hospitable mechanics that I've ever had. They have never once tried to rip me off with prices or labor or expensive parts. They are always honest and thoughtful in the way they have approached every situation. As someone who is not a native Aussie I was very nervous about getting ripped off by a mechanic here, but thank God I found these guys. I was referred to them by someone who knows cars really well. I will never go to another mechanic as long as I'm living here. They are trustworthy, fair, and reliable. They have fit me in at the last minute many times when I had an emergency and have made me feel taken care of. I would suggest them to any of my friends or family.

Truly great customer service and they really know their stuff when it comes to cars (all makes and models). What I really liked was their integrity - which meant I can get a few more months out of my brake pads before they need to be replaced. Value for money and great customer service. Highly recommend.
